At its core, Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that channels universal life force energy to promote balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. The word “Reiki” combines two Japanese characters: “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life force energy. When this life force energy is blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual distress.

Foot Zoning
Foot zoning is a holistic therapy that uses pressure, strokes, and other techniques on the feet to improve the body's balance and function. It's based on the idea that the body's cells and organs are connected and work together, and that signals in the feet can affect the entire body.
