Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an ancient Japanese healing art—often described as a physio-philosophy—that supports harmony and balance within the body’s life energy. Revived in the early 1900s by Master Jiro Murai and later brought to the West by Mary Burmeister, the art is based on the understanding that energy flows through specific pathways in the body and can be gently guided through conscious touch and awareness.
